Helpdesk Administrator, Basingstoke & Dublin

We are looking for two positions here, one in the Basingstoke Office and one in the Dublin Office. This role is a great stepping stone if you are looking to progress and grow within the company. It entails efficient and accurate client reporting, proactively monitoring all clients ATMs, accurate analysis and submission of client settlement reports and database and dispute management.
